About Maki Gilman
Maki began her Iyengar Yoga studies in 1997. She began teaching Yoga for Moms after her son was born in the spring of 2004. Throughout her birthing experience, Maki found inspiration in how yoga increased awareness between her mind, body and spirit. Maki has been especially touched by how moms benefit from the meditative aspects of yoga.

Nia- A combination of yoga, Tai Chi, dance & martial arts. A great cardiovascular workout done barefoot.
Yoga- A gentle form of Hatha Yoga. Postures flow easily and not held for a long length of time. relax and enjoy the benefits of you.
David has taught yoga since 1998. He is an IYNAUS-certified Iyengar yoga teacher and is a student and apprentice of Manouso Manos. He studied with Geeta and BKS Iyengar in December 2004. Check the website link for information and pictures.
