Open the door to circular mats, ready for students to join in community. Fun, gentle and eclectic postures, dance moves, rhythmic and personal create a way for the body to release tension and for the mind to focus on emptying and enjoying. Music, readings, guided meditaiton and self massage are added to gentle and restorative flow poses. Often the class is modeled after the YogaFit 3 mountain experience... warm up, working poses and long stretches. What the class needs is also added into the mix. Come and add your important energy to the support of the group.

Jenny has been practising Yoga for 13 years. Born in Argentina, Jenny has graduated as Yoga teacher at Sivananda Ashram Yoga retreat in 1995, in The Bahamas. Since then, she has been travelling and teaching yoga following the Sivananda traditional style, which brings not only muscles tone and flexibility, but peace of mind and a strong sense of spirituality among the students. Her goal is to propagate Yoga and peace in the world by making people been aware of the advantages and benefits of a daily yoga practice. "An ounce of practice is worth a ton of theory" Swami Sivananda said.
