Jane has been studying yoga since she was a teenager and is happy to share her understanding with kids. In her work with children, Jane explores a creative and energetic approach to learning about the techniques and wonders of an ancient practice that is ripe with images from the natural world. Her style inspires imagination, laughter, and fun. Aside from yoga, Jane has an M.A. in counseling psychology and has worked professionally with children in an elementary school setting.
