My life so far has been one fascinating journey. It has taken me through experiences of extreme bliss and to places of extreme darkness.
It is a blessing to be surrounded by individuals who have helped me along the way and continue to guide my soul. They have also taught me some of my greatest lessons.
I have been practicing hatha yoga since 1988 and enjoy teaching a relaxing, eclectic blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Kundalini, and Viniyoga styles. My athletic background inludes 12 years of cheerleading, power tumbling, and dance.

Nia- A combination of yoga, Tai Chi, dance & martial arts. A great cardiovascular workout done barefoot.
Yoga- A gentle form of Hatha Yoga. Postures flow easily and not held for a long length of time. relax and enjoy the benefits of you.
