Leena is a yoga and meditation teacher with a wealth of knoweldge and experience. She is known for her open heart and generous spirit, her ability to draw inspiration from a vast range of disciplines and to lovingly and respectfully guide each person towards discovering their own inner truth.
Her classes cultivate inner harmony and a joyful spirit as she skillfully guides you through an energizing flow that aligns, opens, empowers and frees the mind and body to reveal its highest potential.
Leena has been a seriously playful practitioner of yoga, Buddhism, philosophy and meditation from an early age. Her inspiration first and foremost is her grandfather who was a swami in his early years and a disciple of Gandhi-ji.
Her clients range from the Nasdaq listed iGate Corporation to world class athletes/dancers, martial artist pro Jordan "JT" Williams, celebrity supermodel/actress James King (Pearl Harbour, Bulletproof Monk) and internationally renowned singer Celine Dion. She has taught the cast of 'A New Day' , Franco Dragone's LE REVE and The Beatles "LOVE" by Cirque du Soleil. She is also a gifted Thai Massage therapist.
