Breathing is the heart of all of my classes. I encourage students to approach all postures, difficult and easy, in the same way: with a gentle smile and a deep breath, turning work into play. Students can expect to practice standing and seated postures, arm balances, backbends and inversions. Vinyasa ("synchronising breath with movement") is used to connect the postures, maintain heat, and explore the connection between breath, body and mind.
Classes are challenging, but suitable for all levels, provided you have no major injuries If you have specific needs, please contact Amme prior to taking class.
