Jeni Martinez, BA has been a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor since 1990 when she trained with Renee Taylor in Los Angeles. In 2004 she completed a Masters Teacher Training Program with Theresa Elliot, Kathryn Payne and Emily Navar of Pacific Yoga in Seattle. Jeni blends her background of Kripalu, Kundalini and Iyengar influences in a playful, yet challenging format. She has taught Gentle, Beginner and Intermediate Hatha Yoga, Partner's Yoga and Radiant Child Yoga in the NE Tacoma area for the past six years. In addition to group classes, she offers private classes and leads yearly yoga retreats.

Jeni is passionate about building her "yoga family" and helping others incorporate the deep spiritual lessons of yoga into their daily lives. Her greatest joy is sharing this lifetime with her twin eight year old boys, Devin and Dakota; and Rocky, her husband of nineteen years.

Three Trees Yoga & Healing Arts Center is the realization of Jeni's ten year dream to open a yoga studio. Along with her partners, Karen and Suzy, she is committed to creating a clean, quiet, peaceful environment dedicated to yoga where students can unwind from their stressful lives and reconnect with their own inner wisdom.
