Yoga Freedom classes are suitable for all levels and tailored to the students' needs and goals. They range from gentle hatha to active vinyasa flow. Michelle has practiced hatha yoga for 13 years and has been teaching for 4 years throughout Austin and the San Francisco Bay area. She received her registered yoga teacher (RYT) certification in 2002 from Yoga Yoga in Austin.
