Suzan is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher who has benefited greatly from practicing yoga and meditation for more than 15 years. Suzan holds degrees in Dance, and Nutrition as well as Certifications in Physical Therapy, Nursing, Aromatherapy, Pilates, Myoskeletal Massage and Wellness. She received Iyengar Yoga training from Aadil Palkhivala, and continues her training with Intergrative Yoga Therapy. She has also studied mystical spirituality from eastern and western traditions; is a member of the Vedanta Society of Western Washington, and the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
