I teach small classes that are a combination of yoga postures, internal awareness, dance and self massage geared toward therapeutics and stress relief. This eclectic style comes from my background in sculpture, dance, and psychotherapy. My training is in YogaFit, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Massage & Healing Energy therapy, Yoga for Seniors, children and Adaptive yoga for MS. I've been trained in workshops with Judith Lasiter, Amy Weintraub, Rodney Yee and others, I am also a clinical social worker and counselor. My individual sessions are for emotional & relationship therapy.
