Ashtanga Vinyasa Led- Primary series
Every Sunday, 4.30pm-6pm
For further details: www.satyayoga.com.sg
We are an informal group
sharing the practice of Ashtanga yoga, a vigorous form of yoga that
challenges the body, mind and spirit. Our
goal is to help foster the Ashtanga community in Ann Arbor by making
space available several times a week where we can practice together and
offer traditional “Mysore” style instruction – classes where students
proceed at their own pace and receive individualized attention and
feedback from the teacher. For more information see www.a2shtanga.com.
TIP OF THE MONTH:
During this cold and flu season, please think twice about coming to class if you feel ill. You don't want to make yourself feel worse -- or infect the other students. And remember: if you can't breathe, it's very difficult to practice yoga.
