Offers rejuvenating and passive poses held for longer periods that are supported by yoga props to generate flexibility and balance, promote health, and create a state of deep relaxation. Let your senses bask in calming scents of aromatherapy, which leave you feeling refreshed and restored. Yoga blocks, straps, and blankets will be provided and used for more complete relaxation. Yoga props are suggested, but not required. (If you already have a yoga bolster please bring it.) 75 min.

Established in February 2004, Enhance Your Balance Yoga offers an array of exercise classes for women of all fitness levels. Our certified and experienced instructor (Shoshana Lazar) recognizes that because each woman is different, it is important for each of us to realize our own potential.

Zach and Kerry Maiorca, both Chicago area natives, are the husband and wife tag team behind Bloom Yoga Studio. The idea for Bloom was born out of a desire to create a community where the pursuit of health and happiness is a normal part of daily life.
Having Trained with the Yoga For Health Foundation under Howard Kent my class focuses on Breathing, Postures, Meditation and Relaxation. I work with a mix of abilities within my students, where I can cater for individual needs and work to their personal level.
