Flow Yoga is about linking the breath with the pose as we flow from pose to pose in a smooth, easy manner. Like Meditation in Motion. And on a deeper level, as we start to release our resistances and shed our layers of tension, a part of us begins to open up and flow with the present moment. Going with the flow of the moment, we become the Flow itself and a great sense of peace can be found.

Happily, she fell into her life's work of sharing the personal peace she has found in yoga with others. Her classes interweave yogic poses with physical adjustments, energy centers, breathwork, and thematic application of yogic philosophy. Additionally, as a lifelong musician, she has experienced and enjoys sharing the physical and energetic potency of chanting and mantra as a tool for meditation.
